Licensed to practice law in both California and China, Miss Ye has extensive practicing experience in legal industry. 

Before acquiring her Master of Laws degree from Sun Yat-sen University (China), Miss Ye graduated from Michigan State University as an undergraduate. 

Miss Ye has specialized in handling compliance, international trade, and employment etc.

Miss Ye has honed her practicing skills in the course of serving Chinese large state-owned enterprises since 2018.

Miss Ye has a good command of both English and Chinese.
