Mr. Meng is qualified to practice law in California, New York and China, holding 4 master's degrees in law from China, the UK and the US respectively.
Mr. Meng has practiced law in China and the United States for nearly 20 years, specializing in handling international litigation and arbitration, international trade, international investment and corporate matters.
When Mr. Meng worked at international law firms, he had rendered legal services for renowned multinational corporations such as BP, Mederer, Netafim and Saudi Arabian Airlines, etc.
Mr. Meng was appointed as an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and recognized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability in the field of cross-border dispute resolution between China and the United States.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Meng was in charge of purchasing fuels for a BP subsidiary for 3 years, so he is knowledgeable in international trade, logistics and customs clearance.
Mr. Meng has achieved high caliber in English:
1. Master of Law in International Commercial Arbitration from Pepperdine University (the highest scholarship) and won the CALI Award of Excellence for the highest score.
2. Master of Law degree (Scholarship) from the University of California at Davis, with the highest GPA.
3. Master of Law degree from Durham University (Merit).
4. Legal English major from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, passed TEM-8.
