Attorney Jiangrong Yuan is a Chinese attorney and a foreign legal advisor in California. She acquired two Master of Laws degrees from Durham University (UK) and Xiangtan University (China) respectively.

With over 25 years of practicing experience, she specializes in handling international trade, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and family law matters.

Additionally, Attorney Yuan has served as the Vice-Chair of the WTO Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and actively participated  in various professional exchange activities organized by the association.
