International Arbitration Cases
1. Rendered consulting services for a top two Amazon e-commerce seller in China regarding arbitration of the e-commerce giant Amazon in the U.S., involving a transaction value of several hundred million RMB.
2. Provided legal consultation on U.S. an arbitration for more than 70 Chinese clients involving investment-based immigration, and the case was arbitrated in AAA, with more than 260 million RMB involved.
3. Retained as an expert in an arbitration by a top US law firm, and the case was eventually submitted to JAMS, one the world’s largest arbitration institutions, and the CIETAC arbitration rules were adopted for the arbitration.
4. Advised another top-tier U.S. law firm on an arbitration case, on the basis of my testimony, the US court did not recognize or enforce the arbitral award rendered by a certain international arbitration institution of China.
5. Represented a Chinese-listed company on an international arbitration, and resolved a cross-border cooperation dispute through ad hoc arbitration.
